Currently we send messages to the ACC Lawn Booking WhatsApp Group and the booking team will add your request to the booking form.

ACC: Instructions for Booking Lawns

  1. Booking requests should be made on the ACC Lawn Booking chat group.

  2. General bookings should be for 2 hour slots, starting on the odd hour, i.e. 9:00/11:00/13:00/15:00/17:00. You can only book one week + 4hrs ahead (to avoid somebody booking up the entire season!).

  3. Club Competition matches can be booked in advance with the following provisos;

    1. This must be a confirmed booking with both parties named in the booking.

    2. The Captain or a Committee member may request that a booking be rescheduled should a conflict occur with other inter club matches, tournaments or club events.

  4. Inter club matches, tournaments and other club events can be booked in advance.

  5. Thursday afternoons (13:00 to 16:00) are reserved for the OIR group and therefore cannot be booked.

  6. Tuesday afternoons (13:00 to 15:00), Thursday Evenings (17:00 to 21:00) and Saturdays 14:00 to 18:00 are club sessions and cannot be booked by individuals. These times are blocked out on the calendar.
